At The Workwear Store, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or fit perfectly, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and clear any old shipping labels from your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your workwear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location shown on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
